Refund Policy

 

1. Complaint Submission

Customers may submit complaints via email to info@binasohail.com or by contacting us at +92 321 8220788.

2. Acknowledgment

We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 2 business days and provide a unique reference number.

3. Resolution

Complaints will be reviewed and resolved within 7 business days. In complex cases, we will notify you if additional time is required.

4. Escalation

If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may escalate the complaint to our management team via info@binasohail.com.

5. Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at info@binasohail.com. After this period, cancellations may not be guaranteed. There will be no exchanges or refunds after 24 hours of placing the order.

6. Order Cancellation by Bina Sohail Design Studio

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued.

7. Refunds

Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days.
