1. About Bina Sohail
Bina Sohail is a design studio creating handcrafted furniture, home décor, lighting, planters, lifestyle objects, and interior spaces. Every piece is thoughtfully designed and carefully crafted with an emphasis on timeless design, natural materials, and enduring quality.
2. Handcrafted Products
Every Bina Sohail product is handcrafted by skilled artisans.
Due to the handmade nature of our work, each piece is unique and may feature slight variations in colour, texture, grain, finish, proportions, or dimensions. These variations are part of the beauty and authenticity of handcrafted design and are not considered defects.
Many of our products are made using natural materials such as wood, stone, concrete, terrazzo, metal, and other natural finishes. These materials naturally contain markings, tonal variations, and textures that contribute to the individuality of each piece and may develop character over time.
Product photography is intended to represent each item as accurately as possible. However, colours and finishes may vary slightly due to lighting conditions, photography, and individual screen settings.
3. Product Dimensions
All dimensions provided on our website are approximate.
As each piece is handcrafted, minor variations in size may occur. Customers are responsible for ensuring that products will fit their intended space, including access through doorways, lifts, staircases, and entrances before placing an order.
4. Pricing
All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Furniture, bespoke pieces, and customised products may require individual quotations due to fluctuations in material costs and production requirements.
Any quotation provided by Bina Sohail is valid only for the period specified.
5. Orders
Orders are confirmed only after receipt of the required payment or agreed advance deposit.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock availability, production limitations, suspected fraudulent activity, or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Made-to-Order & Custom Pieces
Many of our furniture pieces and larger objects are made specifically for each client.
For made-to-order and custom pieces:
- Production begins only after the required advance payment has been received.
- Production timelines are estimates and may vary depending on materials and workshop schedules.
- Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
- Custom specifications approved by the client become the final production reference.
7. Lead Times
Estimated production and delivery timelines are provided in good faith.
While we always strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to artisan production schedules, supplier delays, weather conditions, shipping disruptions, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Such delays shall not constitute grounds for cancellation or compensation.
8. Delivery
Delivery timelines vary depending on product type and destination.
Customers are responsible for ensuring:
- Accurate delivery information.
- Safe and unobstructed access to the delivery location.
- Adequate space for installation or placement.
Additional delivery or handling charges may apply where deliveries require special access, multiple attempts, or additional labour.
Responsibility for the product transfers to the customer upon successful delivery.
9. Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are requested to inspect all items upon delivery.
Any visible damage, manufacturing concerns, or missing items must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
10. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
As every Bina Sohail product is handcrafted, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges based on minor variations that naturally occur during production.
Custom, personalised, made-to-order, and bespoke products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Ready-stock items may be considered for return only if:
- They remain unused.
- They are in their original condition.
- The return request is approved by Bina Sohail.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
11. Warranty
We take great pride in the quality of our craftsmanship.
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and ageing.
- Natural movement or variation in wood, concrete, stone, terrazzo, or other natural materials.
- Scratches, stains, chips, or accidental damage.
- Damage caused by improper care, misuse, moisture, excessive sunlight, or incorrect installation.
- Commercial use unless specifically agreed in writing.
12. Product Care
Customers are responsible for following the recommended care instructions supplied with each product where applicable.
Improper cleaning methods, harsh chemicals, or unsuitable environmental conditions may damage natural materials and void any applicable warranty.
13. Interior Design Services
Design concepts, drawings, renders, layouts, specifications, styling concepts, and all creative work produced by Bina Sohail remain the intellectual property of the studio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Final built outcomes may vary depending on contractors, site conditions, material availability, and construction methods.
14. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including furniture designs, product designs, photographs, renders, drawings, graphics, written content, logos, branding, and product names—is the exclusive intellectual property of Bina Sohail.
No material may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, or used without prior written permission.
15. Website Information
We make every effort to ensure that all information on our website is accurate and up to date.
However, we do not guarantee that descriptions, pricing, specifications, availability, or other content will always be error-free.
We reserve the right to correct errors and update information without prior notice.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bina Sohail shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the purchase or use of our products, website, or services.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant order.

Any personal information shared with Bina Sohail is handled responsibly and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell or knowingly disclose customer information to third parties except where required to fulfil orders or comply with applicable law.
18. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
19. Changes to These Terms
Bina Sohail reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
The latest version will always be available on our website.
Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms & Conditions.
20. Quotations for Deliveries Outside Karachi
Prices displayed on our website are based on collection or delivery within Karachi where applicable.
For deliveries outside Karachi or international orders, transportation, packaging, handling, installation (where applicable), taxes, duties, and other logistics costs may vary depending on the destination and order size.
A final quotation, including all applicable delivery charges, will be provided after you contact our team and share your delivery location.
